Short version: We collect only what we need to run the service. We do not sell your data. Your business data belongs to you. We use Supabase to store data and Stripe to handle payments.

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and business name. This is required to create and maintain your account.
Business data: Data you enter into the platform — leads, contacts, quotes, pipeline stages, notes, and team members — is stored on your behalf. This is your data.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy and PCI compliance standards.
Usage data: We may collect basic usage information such as pages visited and features used, for the purpose of improving the product. This is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Business logo: If you upload a logo, it is stored in our file storage system and used solely to display on your quotes and within the application.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and security standards. We select providers that maintain appropriate data protection practices.
Exolv Deal allows you to store information about your customers, suppliers, and leads. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to store and process that information. Exolv LLC is a data processor acting on your instructions — you remain the data controller for any personal information belonging to your contacts.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export what you need. If you request account deletion, we will delete your data within 14 days.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and access controls to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the information we hold.

Exolv Deal uses minimal cookies — primarily for authentication (keeping you logged in) and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
