By signing up for Exolv Deal, you agree to these terms. Please read them. The key points: no refunds on subscription fees, subscriptions renew automatically, you are responsible for your data, and our liability to you is limited.
Exolv Deal is a software product operated by Exolv LLC ("Exolv", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered and operating under the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Our contact email is connect@exolv.net.
Exolv Deal is a web-based B2B sales pipeline and quote management tool. It helps businesses capture leads, manage follow-ups, build quotes, and track pipeline activity. The service is provided as-is, as a productivity tool. It is not a financial system, accounting platform, legal tool, or guaranteed revenue generator.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the service. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, access will be restricted until a subscription is activated. Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry before deletion.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. By entering your payment details, you authorize Exolv to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You will retain access to the service through the end of your current paid period after cancellation.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. All charges are final once processed. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until the period ends.
Current pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to your registered email address. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree not to use Exolv Deal to:
You own the data you input into Exolv Deal — your leads, contacts, quotes, and business information. By using the service, you grant Exolv a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter about third parties (customers, suppliers, staff) is collected and stored lawfully. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.
We aim to keep Exolv Deal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss caused by service downtime or interruption.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome — increased revenue, more closed deals, or improved performance — as a result of using Exolv Deal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exolv's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Exolv in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting connect@exolv.net. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before permanent deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email to your registered address at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
